§ How this site works
Documentation is split by audience, not by feature. For every subject we ship, you'll find a Swedish user guide and an English technical specification side by side. Both cover the same scope; the difference is what they leave in and what they leave out.
- User guide: concrete walkthrough in the language of the product. Who clicks where, what they see, common scenarios end-to-end across all the apps that touch the feature. Aimed at förvaltare and other operational staff.
- Tech spec: domain model, state machines, REST surface, schema, code excerpts, FE coverage matrix. Aimed at developers and at Claude when assisting on the codebase.
Both audiences benefit from understanding which tool does what, so cross-app maps live in both versions, just at different depths.
